The company has a trading policy to provide top quality branded goods together with its own manufactured quality products. The customer is guaranteed to be supplied as fast and efficiently as possible at realistic prices, without any hidden extra charges or small print attempting to exclude them from their rights in law. The policy extends to the customer a practice of fair-trading and the company will always exercise applicable procedures in maintaining customer satisfaction.
In the interests of credit / debit card security, the company recognises the potential problems with Internet trading and has therefore introduced this secure on-line ordering site. However, in the interests of the customer being able to talk to a knowledgeable person regarding our products, we would encourage customers to telephone the company to discuss their requirements without obligation. Transaction details may be given at that time or on-site as the customer prefers. Payments can also be made by most major credit / debit cards via telephone / fax:, or by sending a cheque / money order, or by electronic banking systems for UK customers only. Delivery charges plus delivery insurance and VAT are included in published prices where otherwise indicated, and the company reserves the right to charge 2.5% for credit card transactions. A security check for credit / debit cards is in operation.
Delivery will normally be completed as a door-to-door service within three working days for the UK upon confirmation of stock availability and must be signed for upon receipt, unless supplied by Standard Post. The service does not include installation and set-up of the equipment, unless otherwise stated, and the goods can only be delivered to the cardholders address if payment is by credit / debit card. Should the customer require assistance with the installation, help is available by telephoning 0161 727 9911. Every reasonable effort will be made to keep the payment details secure.
The prices quoted are in £sterling for UK sales but foreign currency may be accepted for none UK sales. (Delivery charges and VAT will be specific to the circumstances for none UK sales only).
A one year guarantee is applicable to all none consumable products which may be replaced by the company if failure occurs within the first 30 days. Consumable products carry a minimum of 3 months guarantee. Goods other than faulty goods and consumable items, may be returned within 7 days of the date of transaction, if in pristine condition and complete with ALL accessories, with the packaging in new and original condition. A returns authorisation number must be sought from the company prior to any goods being returned. The company reserves the right to retain the value of the delivery cost and credit card charge, which is shown on the purchase invoice.
On site maintenance is available for television receivers, whilst most other items should be returned to the company for attention. The goods must be returned in the original packaging if failure is within the first 30 days, otherwise the replacement procedure may not be instigated. The guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse, repair malpractice, or tampering of the product. Whilst the products sold by the company are of the highest quality and indeed have a very low failure rate, it may be necessary to call upon our service facility. In all instances the company must be notified of the failure, whereby the customer will then be informed of the action that will be taken to restore to product to full working order.
These terms and conditions are subject to UK law and the parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
